Each year, teams from across the Conejo Valley come together to raise money for their own teams and for breast cancer and childhood cancer awareness as well as support for local families struggling in the fight for their lives. This fundraiser helps to support local youth sports teams

This fundraiser helps to support local youth sports while teaching our kids how important it is to give back to the community that has supported them for so many years. With state and local funding for sports programs being cut more every year, teams need to lean on the community more, and now through Hit4Hope they have a way to give back to the community that has supported them.
